We officially announced a vacancy for the position of Operations Manager, as part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen institutional systems and enhance program delivery at HKSAI.

The full-time position, set to commence on 15th March 2026, will play a strategic role in overseeing the organization’s day-to-day administrative and operational functions. The selected candidate will report directly to the Executive Director and will be responsible for ensuring efficiency, compliance, and effective coordination across departments.

Strengthening Operational Excellence

The Operations Manager will support HKSAI’s mission by developing and implementing operational frameworks, supervising procurement and logistics systems, and ensuring proper financial tracking and donor compliance. The role will also provide oversight in human resource processes, including recruitment coordination, performance management, and staff development.

Additionally, the successful candidate will help maintain compliance with statutory requirements, manage organizational documentation, and oversee facilities and ICT systems. The position will also contribute to building strategic partnerships with NGOs, CBOs, educational institutions, and government agencies to advance HKSAI’s impact.

Qualifications and Experience

HKSAI is seeking a highly organized and motivated professional with:

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Project Management, Social Studies, or a related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
At least three years of experience in operations management, preferably within the non-profit or development sector.
Strong knowledge of budgeting, procurement, and human resource practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and management tools.
A demonstrated passion for youth empowerment and social impact initiatives.

The position offers a gross monthly salary of KES 41,600 and is renewable after one year based on performance and organizational needs.
