HKSAI Scholarship Program – Applications Now Open
Hope for Kenya Slum Adolescents Initiative (HKSAI) is pleased to officially open applications for its Scholarship Program for Students under the Hope through Education & Empowerment Program (HEEP).
At HKSAI, we are committed to advancing equitable access to education and skills development for adolescents and youth from underserved communities. We recognize that financial barriers often prevent capable and determined young people from pursuing secondary education, technical and vocational trainings, college and university education. Through this scholarship program, HKSAI seeks to bridge that gap by providing structured financial support and holistic empowerment.
What the Scholarship Offers
The Scholarship Program under Hope through Education & Empowerment Program provides students with:
- Financial support for secondary education, technical & vocational trainings, college and university education.
- Sponsorship in market-driven technical courses
- Mentorship and personal development support.
- Opportunities for entrepreneurship and skills growth
We focus on empowering young people with practical skills that lead to self-reliance and sustainable livelihoods.
Areas of Training
Eligible applicants may pursue training in recognized vocational disciplines including:
- Motor Vehicle Technology
- Electrical Technology
- Food Processing Technology
- Fashion and Design
- Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy
- Building Technology
- Information Communication Technology (ICT)
Who Should Apply?
We encourage applications from:
- Students from low-income and vulnerable families
- Youth committed to completing technical & vocational training
- Individuals passionate about building their future through skills development

- Applicants must provide truthful and complete information. Any false, misleading, or incomplete submissions may lead to disqualification or affect the applicant’s qualification for the scholarship program.
- Attach the necessary supporting documents.
