Staff Meeting Reflection on the Consultancy Discovery Report: Repositioning HKSAI for Greater Impact

We convened for a staff meeting on 18th June for a strategic reflection on the consultancy Discovery Report to envision our next chapter as a mission-driven organization. The team reflected on our current programs' effectiveness for our beneficiaries and gaps, and celebrated the trust we have built within the community. We revisited our core values, affirming the importance of humanity, inclusivity, innovation, integrity, and partnership.

We reviewed recommendations from the consultant’s report, prioritizing actions that will sharpen our focus, deepen our impact, and build our resilience. These include streamlining our programs, investing in alumni engagement, and building stronger data systems to support learning and accountability. In addition, we discussed capacity building to grow our sustainability, including strengthening internal systems, board engagement, and the role of staff in fundraising and strategic communication.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to all our staff, our Executive Director, Melvine Ouyo, our Consultant Ms Pouline Ambala, and @Rosedale Green, with the support of Population Connection. The future is ours to build. visit www.hopeksai.org
