Today convened a strategic meeting with a development consultant to advance the organization’s Strategic Plan (SP), strengthen its Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) framework, and conduct a comprehensive performance analysis of its ongoing programs.

This crucial step reflects HKSAI’s commitment to transparency, impact-driven programming, and long-term sustainability in addressing the pressing needs of adolescents in Kenya’s underserved slum communities. By refining its strategic direction and enhancing accountability mechanisms, HKSAI is positioning itself to scale its interventions more effectively and deepen its impact.
