Strategic Plan (SP), strengthen its Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) framework| June 20th 2025

Today convened a strategic meeting with a development consultant to advance the organization’s Strategic Plan (SP), strengthen its Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) framework, and conduct a comprehensive performance analysis of its ongoing programs.

This crucial step reflects HKSAI’s commitment to transparency, impact-driven programming, and long-term sustainability in addressing the pressing needs of adolescents in Kenya’s underserved slum communities.
