This crucial step reflects HKSAI’s commitment to transparency, impact-driven programming, and long-term sustainability in addressing the pressing needs of adolescents in Kenya’s underserved slum communities. By refining its strategic direction and enhancing accountability mechanisms, HKSAI is positioning itself to scale its interventions more effectively and deepen its impact.
